DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT
In August 2011 the IAG Board determined that the Dividend Reinvestment Plan would be suspended. As a result shareholders will not receive additional shares for their dividends but will be paid by direct credit to their nominated account. The Board has advised that this decision will be reviewed at each half year.
For shareholders previously participating in the DRP, your DRP instruction will remain in place and will be reactivated should the DRP be reinstated.
